Who’s At The Helm
TSHEPI MOTLOUNG – Born and raised in eNquthu in the province of KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. She is very passionate about making a difference in humanity. She is actively involved in community development projects both societally and continentally with focus on Women and youth agenda. She is a natural pioneer who is highly driven and has a strong track record in diverse business leadership skills and abilities. She has successfully honed her organisational and interpersonal skills in transnational environments. Her love for Africa and its people has made her to develop curiosity for learning more about different cultural groups which is why she has travelled to countries such as Botswana, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Rwanda.
An Entrepreneur – She is the Managing Director with 100% ownership in Naledi ya Tshepi Business Consulting (Pty) Ltd. Naledi Ya Tshepi a Consultancy
business in Bespoke Projects.
Humanitarian : Tshepi is the founding director of FutureLift Foundation a Non-profit making organisation which focuses on business management skills
training for rural and peri -urban women and youth. FutureLift Foundation has delivered projects in the rural area of eNquthu KwaZulu Natal in
partnership with Traditional Councils and supporting the oNdlunkulu Community programmes.
Qualifications: She holds a BA Honours degree in Organisational Communications from UNISA. She also holds a postgrad Certificate in Thought
Leadership in African Context from TMALI -Thabo Mbheki African Leadership Institute. A post grad certificate in Management Development
Programme (MDP)and many other certificates.
Working Experience: She has extensive working experience of 28 years in the corporate environment. Throughout her career she held leadership roles
as an employee as well as in the Nonprofit making organisations including community structures and faith based organisations.
International Strategic Partnerships: After establishing the new Chapter in South Africa of Aido Network, Tshepi was then appointed the Chairperson
and Executive Director of Aido Network SA which is legally registered as NPO. Aido Network Global is a non- profit making organisation with head
office in Uk and has Chapters in Africa, USA, and Germany.
UN Goodwill Ambassador: Tshepi has been pointed on Ad hoc International Advisors Board of Goodwill Ambassadors (AHIABGA) under Five Point
Youth Foundation Los Angeles USA. She forms part of the Advisory board of Shola Agboola Good will Ambassador Foundation (SAGA) and
Association for Health and Safety and Environmental Awareness ( AHSEAI) Nigeria
